Fairy Auburn from Papilio

For those of you who enjoyed my posting about Magnolias reopening yesterday but missed pics I´d like to tell you about Lillemors blog. She is telling you all about it today and shares some beautiful pics from the big day :)

Today my posting is all about this utterly sweet little fairy named Auburn! I hope you all fancy her as much as me :) Malin works wonders at the drawing table :) And she´s perfect for any project right now, since we are in the middle of autums sparkle. I tried to chose patterned papers that I think has that autumn touth to them. I bought these at Magnolia yesterday, they are from BG. And..I couldn´t resist painting her cute pants pink ;) The result is this easel card I made for my mother in law, Marie. Her birthday is coming up and I also added a more personal greeting, but I hid it ;)
I followed a sketch made by one of my teamies at WOJ Challenges, the very talanted Chelsea (looove her cards *lol*, go check them out) over at the CLP Challenge Blog. Besides that I also enter this card at Wild Orchid Challenge #7. It´s all about stitching :) If you don´t have a sewing machine of you´re own it´s not a big deal, just add some faux instead ;) The dt´s projects are so nice and they inspired me a lot too.

I´ll be back in a while with my candy :) I know how to make great cliffhangers ha? ;)

  7. Hej kortproffset!

  8. This is beautiful - the colours are outstanding - I can be far more expressive in English so hope you don't mind my English comments. I like the new look to your blog too. Have a good week. I see more & more interesting stamps coming from Scandinavia - rolight att se.
