Tilda with balloon

Hi all!
It´s been a while again since I posted, I have had so much to do at work this week. Two of my colleges is sick and that means loads of work for the rest of us. When I´ve come home I´ve been to tired to even think about crafting. :(
I´m glad to say my mojo is back so it´s been kind of frustrating ;)

I have made a birthday card using one of my favorite stamps from the latest Magnolia collection "So special". This is Tilda with balloon and I made decided to dress her up in green :) The beautiful dp´s are also maggies.

I´ll keep it kind of short today because in Sweden friday evening is kind of "holy". We are celebrating the end of the week by eating real good food and sweets togheter with the rest of the family. It´s called fredagsmys. = kind of like cozy friday ;) So I´m off to have some cozyness now :)

Stamps: Tilda with balloon, star border from Magnolia´s "So special" collection
Papers: So special collection "Grandmas wallpaper" and "Love letter". White and black cs.
Tools: Spellbinders nesties petite ovals and petite scalloped ovals, Magnolia Doo Hickey dies: "Vintage tag" and swirl.
Embellies: Big black gardenia flower and orchid from Magnolia, green cherrieflower from WOC. Black lace from Magnolia, Tim Holtz filmstrip ribbon and alphabet stickers from MME.

You´ve got Purse-o-nalety!

Good morning!
Or at least it´s morning here in Sweden right now ;)
Just checking in to tell you it´s my turn to post a tutorial at the Whiff of joy inspirations blog. You get a little hint from the pic above what I´m showing there today :)
I have a very dear friend named Lena whos is very into creating in 3D. She gave me a handbag made out of paper for my birthday last spring and she inspired me to make one of my own :) I think this is a fab giftbag! I usually make a matching wallet where I place a voucher or giftcard.
I hope you feel like skipping over to the tutorialblog!

Have a great day!

DT Whiff of joy challenges # 96: Chocolate, teal and creme

Today it´s time for me and my very talanted dt buddies at Whiff of joy challenges to post a new challenge again. This time we want to see all of you create magic with a color theme. Chocolate, teal and creme make a stunning colorcombo! I have never used them togheter before but I´ll definatly will again. They marry well, don´t you think?
I made a stair step fold card using some truly amazing stamps from Whiff of joy. (For direct links check my list at the end of this post.)
Since I never before combined these colors I decided to try and make a project that was sligthly challenging for me. That is not to use any flowers at all and also no ribbon. And you know what? It was much easier than I thought it would be! I´m so happy with the end result :) For those of you who know me a bit better you also can imagine I struggled a bit with this one. Gorgoues ribbons and flowers is something I feel can never be used to much ;) But visiting some of you, my dear friends all around the world, I have seen the most stunning projects without any. I wondered if I could make one and be happy with it and I managed! It so much fun to make something diffrent at times ;)

We are so happy to see so many of you decided to come play with us the last challenge and we´re hoping to meet you all again. It so much fun looking at all of your diffrent projects and see all of the diffrent interpretations.

My dear dt buddies has made some simply stunning projects for you all to inspire from. Don´t forget to give them a visit to and spread some love ;)
Here they are:
Anne, Kylie, Chelsea, Chris, Gio, Jane, Kathrin, Manuela, Michele and our talanted january guest Kristy.

Grab your gear and join us :) Happy crafting!

Papers: Chocolate bazill cardstock, patterned paper from MME "Lost and found"

It´s been quiet here but..

...I´ve been working on some dt projects for Whiff of joy :) I have had so much fun and I decided to challenge myself and make a card that isn´t really my style but I´m so happy with how it turned out! Sorry to say I can´t show them to you all just yet. Hang tight ;) They will be posted in next week :)

My daughter, Signe is now three and a half years old and is so eager to try this hobby too :) She is so cute playing around at my table! She made her very first card on saturday. I can´t resist showing it to you all, I  think she´s a star on the rising :) Ha,ha,ha!! ;) Mummy´s pride
Maybe she went a bit overboard with the stickles? No....you simply can´t ;) ;)

And in the afternoon I found her sitting on the toilet reading some real important news ;)

I´ll be back with new projects soon :)
Hugs to you all and I wish you all a lovely week :)

DT Fuzzy Wuzzy Challenges #5: Anything goes!

It´s time for us over at The fuzzy wuzzy to post another challenge again today :) It´s my second time contributing togheter with this lovely gang of ladies and I´m so exited! This time the theme is "Anything goes"
We are sponsered by the generous Katharina, owner of Whiff of joy. That means you can win these two amazing rubberstamps :)

All medias, brands and projects are welcome as long as they feature an animal!

I made this birthday card for a little girl that turns one very soon ;) My choice of image fell on this cutie called Mina, the celebrating cangaroo from Whiff of joy. Have you seen the little baby riding safely in the care of it´s mother? Makes my heart skip a beat ;) I have also put one of my favourite dies to good use also from Whiff of joy, namely the Pennants. The patterned papers are from an oldie but goldie paper pad called Kioshi from Basic Grey.

We, the dt gang, can hardly wait to see all of the stunning cards or projects made by you all for this challenge so we would be delighted if you had the time to join us :)
Speaking about the dt gang, the other ladies has created some real beautiful cards and projects too. Visit them as well and let them know they are rocking :D

GDT Whiff of joy: Handsome Ben is bringing chocolates

I have to make my post a quickie today :) My hubbie is off to work, he is on call this week, and they had something planned in :( I hate it! But that´s the way life goes, hopefully he will be home again before I know it and then we are going to a furniture store. We are looking for a new dining table and some matching chairs. I´m sure it will change how I see my house. We have a big open space and everything is tied togheter there and to see those uggly old things makes me feel...well...tired of them :o
Would you look at that, and I promised to keep it short...

I created this easelcard yesterday featuring the amazingly cute Valentine Ben from Whiff of joy. I was so happy to hear both Nora and Ben would be back again in this valentine collection :) The sentiment says "Two hearts that beats as one" and is from the Wedding sentiments kit. In my mind there´s no company put there with so many great sentiment kit´s as Whiff of joy. They always seem to have a on in store ;)  I made an attempt at a card suitable for a guy but I ended up adding flowers and lace anyway. ;) Well, I just can´t leave without them :)

I wish you all a great day! Thank´s for your visit and I´m so happy to see my latest postings have so many comments. I live for those ;) ;) ha,ha!
