Honored DT member at The Ribbon girl: "Anything goes"

Hi everybody and welcome to my place again!

Im so exited to blog this card as it is my very first as a very honored dt member for The Ribbon girl
I still pinch my arm to see if its really true that I will work alongside all of these stunning ladies! But it is: YAY!! This is the first challenge of the year on The Ribbon girl challenge blog and the theme is a truly amazing one: ANYTHING GOES! We would be thrilled to see you join us!

I made a card featuring one go the cutest little Tilda's ever released :) She is part of the lost and found collection and is called "Tilda with big balloon". She is colored with my di´s.
The sentiment is from a swedish company called Gummiapan which I love :) So many great sentiments

Ive used these products from the The Ribbon girl store
Stephanotis Ivory (the white flowers)

Here´s some more pictures of my card:

Summer is here again - at least at MDUC

Hello everybody!
Good middle of the night (Thank God for scheduled posts ;) lol))

We at Magnolia Down Under  are so exited to wish you all a huge welcome to this our first challenge of the year. The theme is SUMMER DELIGHTS and we hope you can join us. We have decided to change our dear blog a little and spiced it up with additional challenges in our new Facebook group. If you wish to know more please read this

Summer delights sounds to me like a perfect challenge to join after all those christmas cards. I hardly made any this year but as some of you know summer is my fav season of the year so Im always ready to make one of those.
Ive used one of the Tilda's from last years summer stamp kit club. She has never seen ink so that was a natural choice. I inked her with my Copic sketch markers.
Dp from Magnolia. The tulips is also from Magnolia as is that lovely sentiment. All other flowers are WOC. The BEAUTIFUL and utterly elegant Blue crystal and diamante embellie is from the The Ribbon girl

Please, don't forget to head on over to the MDUC blog to see amazing work by my lovely fellow dt members.
Thank you so much for looking :)

Honored LLC guest, theme: Perfume

Hello to you all on this first day of 2014! Welcome here, Im so happy you still make your way here :)
I have some exiting news to share! I was asked on as a gdt for Live and Love Crafts by my lovely friend and ex dt mama Sandra. What a perfect way to start 2014!

When she told me about this month theme I was a very intrigued but I must confess I found it a bit of a struggle. It is PERFUME! Maybe your first thought is like mine, but hey there is nothing like a REAL challenge ha? Besides she mentioned some ways to interpret the theme that made it a lot easier right away: you can create in the same colors as your fav perfume, your choice of image can reflect the name of the perfume of your choice, you can alter a box and add a vintage perfume label and so on!
I chose to try the decoupage technique for the very first time. I had this idea I wanted to use this gorge digi by Saturated Canary called Starla. She has this theatrical look that reminds me of a moviestar or a superstar currently living in Hollywood just  waiting to announce the release of her new fragrance. Its named Stardust. I bought the beautiful vintage bottle from Panduro Hobby and firstly colored my image with my Copics and then made a little label out of her and printed it. Then I used decoupage to add her to the bottle.  It was a bit messy! But it turned out pretty good. I also added some rolled roses, di paint, ribbon, embossing powder and a resin piece. You can read all about the products I have used at the end of my posting. If you click the picture it will take you right there. Then of course Starla had to be made into a gift set so I made a matching card. The sentiment is one out of three that is included in the digi. Love it, it has the right amount of spunk to it ;)

In the pictures below you can see my makes a little better. Do not forget to head on over to the amazing Live and Love Crafts Blog to look at the utterly stunning creation and different takes by my former teamies. Im sure you will find awe inspirations there!
