dt Magnolia Down Under #107: BINGO!

Can you all guess what I did this thursday? I don´t think you can? ;)
In the wee early of this month me and a friend went to Borås to visit the Magnolia store and I had so much fun and shopped loads of great and of course very neccessary stuff! A while ago another friend, Petra asked if anyone would like to come with her. Hm? I didn´t think for a second ;) I said YES immediately ;) All of a sudden we had a car fully loaded with gals in for some serious shopping! Christina, Anna and Petra: thank you so much for your company on this amazing roadtrip - I had sooo much fun! We will have to do that again :)
I have promised myself not to buy anything craft related for three months now! Argh! How will I survive ;) Well..I started thinking it through and decided to make two big exeptions - Copics and Spellbinders Grand Calibur and two small ones: glue and cardstock. I always seem to need those..
And I definately need a E00 sketch marker too :) And while we are on that subject I´d like some tips from you Copics ladies on which colours I can use for skin. Now I´m using RV 21 for blush on the cheeks, E 11, E 00 (one that I bought wrong - it´s an original marker..:)  and E 000. I want one darker than E11. Thank you soo much in advance.

Oh, boy! I´m rambling on and on today!  Back to the reason I´m posting tonight ;)
IT IS TIME FOR ANOTHER challenge with us ladies at Magnolia Down Under :) Yay!
I´m so exited about this one because I have never been on a team that has arranged one like this: Let´s play BINGO!! Pick a line down below:

I went for the FLOWERS PEARLS and LACE one.

I made this tent card featuring this darling Tilda that is new to me. She was part of a collection of last year but I didn´t fancy her then? What was I thinking? :o I LOVE HER! too...;)
The patterned papers are from Pion design´s collection "Minnenas ateljé". Tilda is coloured with my di´s on 300g watercolour paper. The little chipboard butterfly is a gift from my friend Kylie. Thank hunny, I love it :) I added some lace I bought at the Maggie store undernieth the frame I made using my Spellbinder dies. The charm is also from the Maggie store.
I also have to tell you about the sentiment! One of my friends, Linda, is the lush designer behind a set of lovely sayings. Both in english and swedish :) I can´t find a link showing them because they are sold out. They´re so versitale and there is always a sentiment that fit´s each card on there ;)
I´m sure you can contact Linda for more information :)

PLEASE, don´t forget to check out the beautiful work by my lovely teamies here. You won´t regret it! :)
We would be so happy if you´d join us :)

Added loads of Stickles star dust to her wing things and bubbles.

In this post I want to share with you my sincere thanks to all of you for showing such great support and leaving such loving comments on the first card I mdmade with my Copics :) I'm overwhelmed! I'm very grateful for all of the tips and tricks too :)

Thank you so much cuties!

Meet Lil Little Lolita Lilith - with COPICS!!

OMG!! I´m sooo not sure about doing this or not...;)
But sometimes you got to risk a little bit..and put yourself out there but guys: PLEASE be gentle!

So...some of you know that I bought my first Copic markers in may/june and that I´ve been practising a bit every now and then when time has allowed me. It turned out to be so much harder than I thought it would be! I think the technique is quite different than colouring with my di´s. I´m still not happy with my end results and now I´m considering actually taking a course..I think it´s more easy achieving a good result when you have loads of colours to choose from, I´m going to have to get my self some more..How sad ;) LOL!
Anyways now I decided to go ahead and publish this card..or should I. I guess we will all know in a while ;)

I´m showcasing a little lass with loads of attitude today!  She is named Lil Little Lotita Lilith and is part of the latest release by Tickled pink stamps.
She is so cool, don´t you think? That umbrella is rocking, I want one!

The patterned papers are from Panduro and the big pink rose is from Prima, the small ones are WOC. The beautiful sentiment is also from TPS and was part of a release earlier this spring.
I had great fun following this weeks sketch by the talanted ladies over at Sketch Saturday

Efterlysning

Affären skall finnas i Sverige ;)

Kram!

We would like you to create following this utterly amazing .....

....sketch by my lovely and extremily talanted teamie, Kylie. I had soooo much fun with it and I love it that it leaves so many things to your own imagination! :) You can make pretty much anaything with it :) Thank´s hunny, I´ll use it again :)

I made a just because card this time but I do actually know exactly whom I made it for. One of my most treasured friends is experiencing a huge crisis in her life and I hope this can help cheer her up. :) It´s nothing really but I wan´t to remind her I´m here for her always no matter what.

I LOVE this colourcombination of aqua and brown :) So these papers from Maja Design where just what I wanted to team up little miss Melinda blowing kisses with :) She is so beautiful! One of my fav Whiff of joy stamps :)

dt Deep Ocean challenges #4: Ribbons

He,he,he,he!! I just realized I must have published this post this morning without any written text to it ;) I loooove it that you are able to schedule posts and the just not think about them anymore. That way I´m free to enjoy the splendid weather. But of course it´s a little nicer to wiev when you actually add some text too ;)
So here I go, a few hours late. (which reminds me I have to edit the post I scheduled for WOJ challenges tomorrow ;) he,he,he!))

So this is my card for the new challenge over at Deep Ocean. We are so, so thankful to all of you whom has joined in and we are hoping you will again this time ;) It´s another real easy peasy this fortnight as well: RIBBONS. All you need to do is add some sort of ribbon to your project and link back to us and your qualified to be in the running for our price. :)
So hurry on over to the challenge blog and allow my talanted teamies to inspire you with their dazzling work. By then I´m sure you will enter ;) He,he,he! :)

I have made a center stair card. I made it after a tutorial from the Magnolia Ink magazine, it´s not the latest one, I´m pretty sure it´s the one before that. ;) The always inspiring Monique has made a very good and easy to follow step by step description for us all. :)
I chose to work with an old scenestamp from Magnolia, the swing. I bought it from a fellow crafter at our last scrapmeeting. It´s amazing that it can come to good use here with me now ;) I hate the thought of it just laying around in a drawer being neglicted..;)
TIlda however is from the latest Magnolia collection called Sweet Rainbow. She´s one of those I first decided to not buy and then saw around in my dear friends blogs and immediately knew I had to have ;) The sentiment is also from Magnolia and the butterfly is a doo hickey die.
All of the flowers are from WOC, I adore those small blue ones, I have never had them before and saw them over at my treasured friend Dena ´s place. Gorgoues ha? The butterflies are made with a punch from MS.

I have to hit the shower now because this mama is off to meet a friend at a restaurant tonight! I´m looking forward to loads of laughter and catching up. Well, first I´m going to try to pretty my self up ;) He,he,he!

DT Magnolia Down Under challenges # 105: Create a scene

YAY! Time for me to show you another dt project that I made for Magnolia Down Under challenges where we would love to see what you create when keeping our theme for this week in mind: you need to create a scene :) I have had soooo much fun making this stair easel card :) I first saw this fold at my lovely teamie Camilla´s blog. She made this amazing card using the same technique. It so beautiful, you don´t wanna miss out on that ;)

It´s such beautiful summer weather here in Sweden right now and I try and enjoy every second of it. My hubby is back at work and me and Signe is just living the easy life ;) Taking each day as it comes is pretty nice! Anyways..even though I love the sunny weather I can´t help myself, I still have an urge to create and make cards. Sometimes I feel a bit guilty for staying inside while the sun is beaming ;) Summer is not very long in Sweden ;) But I still find myself inside at my desk..So I wanted to create a card that shows what I´m feeling. This card says: "In sunshine or in rain, my love for Magnolia never drain".
In the back easel I have tried to create a very summery looking lo and in the little tag I went for a more cloudy feeling with Tilda in summerrain and matching papers, also from Magnolia so is the awesome sentiment. The sunny papers are from Sassafrass lass and I love them, when I saw them at the Magnolia store it was love at first sight ;)

Everything is inked with distress ink pads on 300 g watercolour papers. I added loads of stickles Star dust to them all ;) The little lock and key is from Melissa Frances.

Maybe you can see how the card is put togheter best in this pic.

I´d like to enter this card in the current challenge over at the TOMIC blog where the theme also happens to be "Create a scene". Hurry on over to see the gorgeous creations made by the dt.

Guest dt for Anonyme Scrappere and {PINK} candy

WARNING, this post is picture heavy...;) I hope you will bear with me til the end..

I´m so exited to share all the fuzz going on here today!
A few weeks ago I was asked by a lovely friend in blogland, cute and very talanted Anja, if I was intressted of guesting the gorgeous challengeblog of hers that is called Anonyme Scrappere :) Of course was my answer and I´ve been dying to tell you all about it ever since. And guess what? I got to pick the theme of this weeks challenge too. Those of you that follow me or read here frequantly know off my great passion for flowers so it wasn´t a hard decision at all: FLOWER POWER. So in order for you to join us and be eligable for the delish price you just have to create something with lush flowers on it. No biggie! We would love for you to join us if you can find the time :) Anja is the team leader and owner of the blog but the dt is one amazing group of ladies :) Don´t forget to check out their lovely work!
Thank you Anja for this lovely opportunity and for thinking of me :)

Some of you might also know that my awesome bosslady at Tickled pink stamps, Kellie, has recently released an all new stampcollection consisting of the cute Lil Lads and Lolitas illustrated as kids. Cool ha? They can be found here and is named Lil Littles. I have loads to celebrate at the moment. I have been asked by some off the most talanted ladies in blogland to be their guest dt this summer, my followers are increasing (THANK YOU CUTIES! :))  and yesterday I got an another email I´ve been looking forward too a looong time. It said I have been admitted to the education at Malmoe University I have applied for. I´m going to study there for one and a half years and will be a remedial teatcher at graduation. YAY!
Kellie has been kind enough to sponsor a blogcandy to help me celebrate!
The blogcandy consists of one unmounted rubberstamp from the latest release called Lil Little Lolita Ivy and looks like this:

Auw! Stunning :)

And one other unmounted rubberstamp from a previous release but I´ll keep the image a secret til the winner sees it :)
I also added a Prima paper pad 6*6 called AnnaLee and a cardbox I made and filled with {PINK} flowers and ribbon.
If you want to be in the running for my candy you need to leave me a comment on this post. I would love it if you want to add your self as a follower but it´s you don´t have to. :)

My blogcandy:

The cardbox I made looks like this on the inside. The sentiment comes from Stempelglede and is one of my favorites :)

You can join in on this candy til friday next week at 9:00 am swedish time and I will announce the winner on the following saturday. Thank you for your generosity Kellie!

So I´ll tell you a little about what I have made for this challenge. :) (If you´re still here ;))
My friend Kylie always inspires me with her absolute fabolous creations and she has been creating some gorgeous LO´s lately and she´s the reason I decided to make one for the first time in about nine months! We went to Turkey on our vacation this year and we had a blast! Unfourtunately our four year old daughter was hospitalised for one night due to problems with her ears. :( She even had infusion! My heart broke when the harsh nurse set it on her..The picture on the lo is my daugther and much loved husband Johan in the hospital. My daughter struggled hard to keep her spirits up and me and Johan was so tired! You can see it in his eyes but I love the picture! The title says: Daddy and me in swedish. Can you see the love between them?

I put it on an deep edge canvas frame and it´s now hanging in our living room.

loads of lovely flowers from Prima, Magnolia and WOC.

I´m guesting A spoon full of sugar this week

A while back I recieved the sweetest email from a treasured friend in blogland, wonderful Ingrid. She told me it was her turn to set the theme for one of the challenges over at A spoon full of sugar  in july. In addition to this she also got to pick someone she´d like be her guest. And..she asked me! Thank you so much Ingrid! It means so much to me, it´s a huge honor
If you feel like joining you just have to make a project that features SEWING / STITCHING.
Ingrid is far from alone as a dt, the other ladies are also very talanted, please head on over to the challengeblog to take a look and getting inspired by all of their lovely work. Thank´s for having me, ladies :)

Now onto my own project :) This is a very special card for me, it´s really close to my heart. I made it with tones of love ;) It for my hubby. We are celebrating 10 years as a couple and 5 years as a married couple on august 12th. I wanted to use some of the stamps from my all time favorite Magnolia stamp release, the Wedding collection. When hubby saw Tilda with veil last year he said she looks adorable ;) That she and I had a certain resemblance. I´m not sure I agree, if there is its not very big ;) This is me on our weddingday:

As you can see here I have always had a thing for pink ;)

Not a striking resemblance ha? ;) But if hubby thinks so I´ll agree ;) He can have Tilda with veil. I think I made this just as much to myself since it´s supposed to be in our home. Not a card that strikes you as very masculine but I´m sure he´ll treasure it. The dp is from a paper pad called 5th avenue by Melissa Frances. The sentiment is one of my favourites by Tickled Pink stamps. It is so beautiful.
I have managed to fit lot´s of things I prefer working with on there. And loads of sewed detail. :)

So hurry to your craft space and get creative with needle and thread :)

I´m also entering this card in the current challenge over at the TOMIC blog which is easel cards. Even if you´re not planning on joining in you still have to go check it out because the DT has made some truly gorgoues cards! :) Beautiful beyond words!
Over with the very talanted ladies at Just Magnolia and hÄnglar & stÄnglar challengeblog they are arranging a real easy one right now, namely anything goes. In addition to that you can also choose to add a shabby chic feeling to your card, I think I managed that one as well? ;) He, he,he! Beautiful work by the dt here as well.
The same goes for the ladies in the dt at another Magnolia challenge called Totally Tilda whom has inspired me to take part in their distressing challange. Suits me just fine since I distress like everything ;)

Thank you so much for checking in with me today!
I´d love it if you told me what you think :)
Hugs xXx
