Traveling with LLC

Good morning friends and followers :)
Im so exited about this weeks theme over at the Live and Love crafts blog, we are showcasing traveling projects. I haven't travelled many exotic or far away countries but my absolute dream is to be able to come to Australia at one point. I have so many gorge friends there and Im very intrigued about the landscape, the outback, and of course the amazing animals. Too see a koala bear or kangaroo IRL would be awesome and whilst there I wouldn't mind seeing Sidney - in fact I wouldn't have minded that a least bit ;) Fortunately both me and hubby dream about this so it may come true at some point. In case you are wondering thats me on the suitcase, hurrying to catch the plane to Sydney ;)
I usually never put myself in Tilda's shoes. I quit often make up stories around the lovely images though ;)

Ive cut out the suitcase using my silhouette Cameo and its a box that opens but I haven't done my packaging yet so I guess I will be traveling very lightly ;) lol!
The Tilda is from an older collection, "Bon Voyage" released in 2010, she is colored with my di pads on 300 g watercolor paper. The big lush lace flower is new in stock over at Live and Love crafts and is by Prima, you can find the link to take you straight to it at the bottom of my post via Inlinkz. The
frantage I've used around the image is the shabby pink one. MMM...such a lovely thing for a pink addict ;)

Thank you so much for checking in with me :)
Lots of love

Spring has sprung (LLC)

Hi and most welcome here!
Its already sunday again, sometimes I get scared cause time is going so fast.
My little Ella has had a rough week with a stomach bug, and Ive been feeling so sad for her as she's only nine mths. Im soooo fed up with these jerms now...
But as you know Im a summer type girl and guess what...some days these week has felt as though spring is finally here.

So thats just perfect because this weeks theme over at the Live and Love crafts blog is just that - spring!
As always Im the last one in our amazing dt to showcase my make and the girls has been busy creating the most awe things for you all. So do not forget to head on over and check those out.
For me spring is the second best season of the year and it can still be pretty cold here in Sweden til summer hits. I was a little lost on what to do because there are so many things you could do but when Signe, my oldest daughter went outside this wednesday as the sun was beaming in just a dress and a parasol saying: -"Mummy, look at me, Im outside in the summer sun" I immediately thought of this oldie but goldie Tilda:

So these apples are quickly becoming my all time LLC  fav! At least this second as Sandy stocks so many gorge stuffy stuffs. The charm is so sweet to and fits right on here, they are strawberries which really are more of a summer thing here but...as Signe is as sweet as those they need to go on to ;) The flower shape is cut using my silhouette Cameo and Ive used one of the amazing Pion design papers from the "Alma's sewing room" collection. And well...I keep on telling Sandy she stocks the BEST Seam binding ribbon and so I tend to use it on every creation ;) The sentiment is from Stempelglede.
As always you will find all the products Ive used listed at the end of this posting via Inlinkz.

Im hoping you will like todays make :)
Lots of love,

We are going green at MDUC

....so I bet now you're wondering why my card is...blue??
Ha, ha, ha!

This week at Magnolia Down Under we would love to see you join in with something Magnolia featuring something recycled. As some of you may know monday last week was my birthday and I received a lovely package from my very good friend Camilla and you can never guess what she wrapped it in?? Some corrugated paper - Ive been looking for that at Magnolia several times because the had it near the registrar when I first came to the store. So thank you so much my dearest Camilla! I love it, just as much as the beautiful handmade card and goodies! Love you!

Now that I look at the card I realize the corrugated paper hardly shows but it is there, right underneath the cheesecloth. Ive used an all new Tilda and she is a ballerina dancer. Isn't she cute with the crown a little to the side ;) Here she is in a close up. Ive used Frantage shabby blue around her. As always I colored her using di pads and I also added loads of stickles here and there.

For the layout i followed the gorge sketch over at The sketchy challenges. Thank you girls, I had loads of fun. Heres what it looks like:

Before I head off I want to remind you to visit the MDUC blog the see the stunning creations by my lovely friends :)

Im hoping you will like this and maybe have the time to play along whilst recycling something. Thats always good for the environment.
Lots of love!

CLP midway reminder

Hiya all and welcome here!
This is my second posting as a very proud CLP DT member and this month Im on time too - rofl! ;)
All jokes aside - gosh that feels nice! :)
As always the sketch in it self is out of this world beautiful ;) This is what it looks like:

I made this card featuring the most adorable little Tilda, isnt she adorable looking over her shoulder like that? I made a card where I colored her just like that and placed her on that very same spellie too but I was never quit happy about it but I love the image so I thought I should give it another try ;) I think the biggest difference was all that amazing Frantage I added to the edges ;)

You can see the frantage and my coloring really well here.

The sentiment is also a Magnolia. So are the keys I cut out using a die called "Vintage keys". A little heart charm to match Tildas heart, some seam binding and a blue rhinestone.

Heres a view of that broad beautiful pink lace, it was a gift for my birthday from a beloved friend. Thank you so much Elise, I love it so much I hardly didnt have the heart to use it ;)
The light pink flower with the blue rhinestone is bought at the Magnolia store in Borås. All the other flowers are WOC.

Thank you so much for checking in with me today!

Mmmmm...maja goodies

Hi and welcome to my place :)
Today its sunday again and Im hosting the post at the wonderful Live and love crafts blog. We have had another amazing week go by with the most gorge projects created by my teamies. If you do as I say (lol!) and go back to check out the posts you will see both a beautiful package for a bottle of Baileys, a stunning lo and the most wonderful cards just to mention some of the goodies. They all showcase the Maja VSB collection cause that this weeks theme. Good news to, they are back in stock!

Sometimes I get a little lost in all the card making and I just get an urge to do something different and that happened this week. So Ive made some paper cakes that I will showcase as a centerpiece at Ella's 1st birthday party. Its not until june but I like to work ahead ;) Lets start with the cupcake.

I made this following the most amazing tutorial by a beloved friend, Debbie Dolphin (I don't need to write one more word about her awesomeness cause you all KNOW her ;)). It was published in an earlier edition of The Magnolia Ink magazine called Chocolate dreams. Thank you so much for sharing sweetie!
So for the cupcake holder I cut it out using my silhouette Cameo. It actually shaped as a little princess crown but I see now its not visible in the pics. I also added ribbon and loads of flowers, heres a close up:

And yes...the sauce on top...its is CHOCOLATE! ;) lol! It will eventually dry out. To match the cupcake I also decided to cut out a piece of cake. (also with my SC). I added a Magnolia sentiment on top, some flowers and lace and...chocolate sauce too ;)

Here they are set to dry at the top of my kitchen shelf til june ;)

I hope I got you all craving cake??
God knows I did ;) lol!
Thank you so much for looking :)

Loving wishes from mummy

Hello my dearest friends and followers!
A good morning to you all :)

Its finally sunday again and my turn to tell you all about the amazing festivities that has been going on at the Live and Love crafts store blog this week. As an inspiration to you all me and the girls has created projects with the theme "For a child" this week.
Signe, my oldest daughter, turns six in may and six is kind of a big deal here as you start pre school at six here. She's so exited about growing up and Im not ;) lol! No...seriously every age has its charm and amazingness and I'm ecstatic to take part of it but hey...who knew her sixth birthday would come along so quickly?? :o

Well...I had actually decided to invite you to see some other color and not pink - again...but I asked Signe to chose the color herself and...well...pink it is! ;) lol! She also got to chose a stamp she liked and as this cutie from Saturated canary came up she screamed: "Thats the one, thats like me and my bunny!!". So that how this came about. Ill try to stay away from pink next week for you ;)
Here´s a close up of Honey (thats her name)

She is colored with di pads as always. Can you see I couldnt stop myself from  grabbing that AWESOME frantage again ;) And you know what?? Its our lucky day cause Sandy just received the other colors she ordered, check them all out here. Eh...can you guess which ones Im going to order?? Ha, ha, ha! That is almost to easy! Since I was invited to join the LLC team I have fallen in love with resin embellies and Sandra stocks so many beautiful ones. Ive used one of them on here:

And as always you can find all the products Ive used at the end of this post.

Before you head off I would have liked to remind you all to check out the gorge creations my teamies made throughout this week. You wouldn't want to miss it!

Have a great day!

A game of MDUC bingo

Hi there friends and followers!
Let me welcome you to another game of amazing BINGO! This time at MDUC and the bingo board is created by my lovely teamie Janiel and in my mind its a fabby board because it holds some truly good elements. Like finished inside and shabby chic which I totally love - as you all know ;) I wish I was better at finishing my insides right away though..Since I hardly ever know whom its for right away I usually await more info before completing it all the way. Thats why I decided to go with another line instead and its Shabby chic - chipboard and metal. I can see you getting exited and wants to play with us, ha? Well then let me show you the board. You can work it any way you like, horizontal, diagonal or vertical.

Once again I decided to take this little amazingly cute Tilda which is my all time fav and color her. This time I dressed her up in lilac to match the wonderful papers from Pion Design, "Alma's sewing room". Can you see I have used Frantage again? Oh gosh! I love it, its along the sides of Tilda's oval spellie. She has been given a touch of stickles star dust too and OF COURSE some TH picket fence di paint. I never work anything without it! ;) lol

The metal is represented by the most awesome little fairy charm that was a gift for my birthday, which is soonish ;)) Its from the uber talanted and very sweet Elise. Thank you hunni! I adore it! Its a good thing there were lots ;) The roses are all from WOC and so is the seam binding. The angel wing die is a doo hickey from Magnolia. So is the tag. On this picture you can see the chipboard really well in my upper corner too, its from Make it crafty. One more picture before I go! Oh, and PLEASE!!! Do not miss out on the amazing creations my teamies made this week: gosh - they are STUNNING and you can see them all here.

Thank you so much for checking in with me today!
Lots of love!
