Tilda with balloon

Hi all!
It´s been a while again since I posted, I have had so much to do at work this week. Two of my colleges is sick and that means loads of work for the rest of us. When I´ve come home I´ve been to tired to even think about crafting. :(
I´m glad to say my mojo is back so it´s been kind of frustrating ;)

I have made a birthday card using one of my favorite stamps from the latest Magnolia collection "So special". This is Tilda with balloon and I made decided to dress her up in green :) The beautiful dp´s are also maggies.

I´ll keep it kind of short today because in Sweden friday evening is kind of "holy". We are celebrating the end of the week by eating real good food and sweets togheter with the rest of the family. It´s called fredagsmys. = kind of like cozy friday ;) So I´m off to have some cozyness now :)

Stamps: Tilda with balloon, star border from Magnolia´s "So special" collection
Papers: So special collection "Grandmas wallpaper" and "Love letter". White and black cs.
Tools: Spellbinders nesties petite ovals and petite scalloped ovals, Magnolia Doo Hickey dies: "Vintage tag" and swirl.
Embellies: Big black gardenia flower and orchid from Magnolia, green cherrieflower from WOC. Black lace from Magnolia, Tim Holtz filmstrip ribbon and alphabet stickers from MME.

You´ve got Purse-o-nalety!

Good morning!
Or at least it´s morning here in Sweden right now ;)
Just checking in to tell you it´s my turn to post a tutorial at the Whiff of joy inspirations blog. You get a little hint from the pic above what I´m showing there today :)
I have a very dear friend named Lena whos is very into creating in 3D. She gave me a handbag made out of paper for my birthday last spring and she inspired me to make one of my own :) I think this is a fab giftbag! I usually make a matching wallet where I place a voucher or giftcard.
I hope you feel like skipping over to the tutorialblog!

Have a great day!

DT Whiff of joy challenges # 96: Chocolate, teal and creme

Today it´s time for me and my very talanted dt buddies at Whiff of joy challenges to post a new challenge again. This time we want to see all of you create magic with a color theme. Chocolate, teal and creme make a stunning colorcombo! I have never used them togheter before but I´ll definatly will again. They marry well, don´t you think?
I made a stair step fold card using some truly amazing stamps from Whiff of joy. (For direct links check my list at the end of this post.)
Since I never before combined these colors I decided to try and make a project that was sligthly challenging for me. That is not to use any flowers at all and also no ribbon. And you know what? It was much easier than I thought it would be! I´m so happy with the end result :) For those of you who know me a bit better you also can imagine I struggled a bit with this one. Gorgoues ribbons and flowers is something I feel can never be used to much ;) But visiting some of you, my dear friends all around the world, I have seen the most stunning projects without any. I wondered if I could make one and be happy with it and I managed! It so much fun to make something diffrent at times ;)

We are so happy to see so many of you decided to come play with us the last challenge and we´re hoping to meet you all again. It so much fun looking at all of your diffrent projects and see all of the diffrent interpretations.

My dear dt buddies has made some simply stunning projects for you all to inspire from. Don´t forget to give them a visit to and spread some love ;)
Here they are:
Anne, Kylie, Chelsea, Chris, Gio, Jane, Kathrin, Manuela, Michele and our talanted january guest Kristy.

Grab your gear and join us :) Happy crafting!

Papers: Chocolate bazill cardstock, patterned paper from MME "Lost and found"
Stamps: Melinda with bouquet and Lying Matthew with sentiment "Thinking of you"
Embellies: alphabet stickers from MME, halfpearls and rhinestones from Magnolia.

It´s been quiet here but..

...I´ve been working on some dt projects for Whiff of joy :) I have had so much fun and I decided to challenge myself and make a card that isn´t really my style but I´m so happy with how it turned out! Sorry to say I can´t show them to you all just yet. Hang tight ;) They will be posted in next week :)

My daughter, Signe is now three and a half years old and is so eager to try this hobby too :) She is so cute playing around at my table! She made her very first card on saturday. I can´t resist showing it to you all, I  think she´s a star on the rising :) Ha,ha,ha!! ;) Mummy´s pride
Maybe she went a bit overboard with the stickles? No....you simply can´t ;) ;)

And in the afternoon I found her sitting on the toilet reading some real important news ;)

I´ll be back with new projects soon :)
Hugs to you all and I wish you all a lovely week :)
