Magnolia Down Under challenges 112: Frame it!

Hi my gorgeous craftbuddies!
How are you all doing?
I´m starting to get the hang of some things again but boy, oh, boy! To become a student again totally changed everything :) It´s a good thing it´s for the better ;)

I´m here today to show you a card I have made just to play a little! So, some of you might know it´s not my week at Magnolia Down under challenges but when I finished the card I went by the blog to get a before peek at everybodys stunning creations and realized mine would fit in the theme just perfect :) We wan´t to see you create with a frame of your choice added around the image. I had so much fun with mine and I know you will too if you join in!

The stunning frame I used for my card is a gift from one of my most treasured friends in blogland, Karita. Thank you so much, sweetie! I love it and I´ll use one of them again soon :)

When I made this easel card I had a few other challanges listed in my head that I wanted to join in too. Have you guys seen the AWESOME tutorial Minna posted on the StampArtic blog about how she makes those amazing shaby chic looking cards of hers? If not, you simply must go do that :) Thank´s for sharing Minna :) In addition to that StampArtic´s challenge blog is arranging a shabby chic themed challenge for us all to join :) Check out the dt cards - they blow you away! When I made this card my goal was not to copy or do a rip off of Minnas lovely style so I tried to use her technique but with my style. I think I suceeded pretty well. I have added loads of Distress ink Picket Fence all over the papers, the frame and the lilac flowers, hope that´s enough to call it shabby chic ;)
In addition to StampArtic I also have been wanting to join in the sketchchallenges with my friend Chelsea, she is the owner and founder of the Crafting life´s pieces  challenge blog. This is what the sketch looks like this month:

Awesome ha?

Thank you so much for checking in with me today :)
I would be thrilled if you left me some love before you head off :)
Hugs xXx
