DT Papilio stamps: Delivering gifts

I got some new wonderfully looking stamps from Papilio to play with the other day :) Think they are so fab! I´m so lucky to have landed so many great dt spots the last few months and I feel so blessed to work with all of these lovely images :)

Here´s another supercute little delivery boy. One of the things I love most about Malin´s stamps is the fact they all have a glow of such joy. Doesn´t he look like he´s having a lot of fun?

The patterned papers are from Maja design´s latest collection "Skall vi fika?"

Hope you´ve all had a great start of the week. I just got back home after watching my little girl at the Lucia celebration on her daycare. So proud! She sang " Jingle Bells" (in swedish ;)) in a microphone. AUW!

DT Papilio Stamps: Let it snow!

Today I´d like to showcase a card I made yesterday featuring some very cute christmas stamps from Papilio.  They are from the latest collection called Lida & Co: Christmas. And I promise you: they are all stunning!

I have used Lida`s snowballs on the front of this joy fold card. She looks so playful doesn´t she? Just like kids in the snow :) On the inside I have placed another little stunner called Snowball fighting. The patterned papers are from Papirdesign and Maja design (the blue papers).

DT Papilio: Fairy Penny

Hi again :)

Today I´d like to share another easel card with you, I guess they are my new thing, can´t seem to stop doing them ;)  They are so simple to fold and I like the thought of them standing up easy :)

This card is a made on a order my by one of my hubbies coworkers for his wife on her birthday :) Her name is Helena. I didn´t get any special wishes so I made it look real me - like and used a lot of my fav papers, colors and embellies. And this stamp made by Malin, the owner and illustrator of Papilio Stamps, just makes me sigh everytime I lay my eyes on her. She is sooooo beautiful :) Fairy Penny is a real joy to ink as well. Love that romantic toutch the fairy collection has :) Decided to make her dress green and then the other colors just came automatically ;)

Today I´m feeling really tired, it´s been a while since I worked now ;) I´m going to have a lazy night and just relax :) There´s a good movie showing in Sweden tonight :) With Denzel Washington, it´s a thriller. Isn´t Denzel THE most talanted actor in the world? At least he´s one of them! Love my thriller´s and the feeling of not knowing who the murderer is until the very end.



Criss cross x-mas with Papilio

Hi there :)

Today I´d like to show you a criss cross card I made using some very cute and usable stamps from Papilio :) Lida has been baking some christmascookies for us. Isn´t she the cutest thing standing ready with the rolling pin in her hands! She reminds me of my little girl, always wanting to bake something (doesn´t really matter what - just about anything will do ;) and when we are getting busy she get´s that same "exited but patiently waiting for us to start look" in her eyes.

After making some non traditional looking christmas cards I felt like making a traditional one again. So I started painting Lida in red and brown and after that I picked out some matching patterned papers. I usually do it the other way around but it worked out fine this time :) Those of you who know me a bit better also know red isn´t my fav colour to craft with but I love these new red "A merry little christmas" papers from Magnolia. I still struggled a bit with the embellies. Don´t have so much to pick from there since I hardly ever craft with red...I added some snow here and there using my puffy white pen. Inside the card I used some of the stamps from the little pack Seven sorts of cookies. Also very usuable! I have a feeling I´ll use it on lot´s of the x-mas cards this year. :) 

I´d like to finish off today´s posting with thanking all of my new and "old" followers for wanting to participate in my blog candy! Far more peps than I ever expected and I´m so grateful for all of your lovely comments about my work ♥.

More Christmas stamps from Papilio ♥

Good morning lovelys :)

Finally a new card from me...I have been crafting during the week as well but not as much as I´m used to. I´m one of those people who doensn´t treasure autumn very much. My favourite time of the year is definatly summer or spring so...I´m a bit tired now ;) I also like the thought of snuggling in the sofa under a blanket with lid candles but it´s so dark outside... I think I need some more light. It´s dark when I leave the house in the morning and it sure doesn´t take long beore it´s dark in the evening  when we come home agian. Maybe it´s a little autumn depression ;)? I lost some of my mojo but I feel it coming back again :)

Today I´d like to show you a a new dt card I made for Papilio. I think the new christmas stamps are just beautiful :) So this little guy Ole realunced my mojo :) The stamp is called Oles bukkedans. I made an easelcard with snowflakes and he has some stickles star dust on his cap, for that frosty feeling ;)

New christmas stamps from Papilio and Sukkersött # 94: Skisse

Today I´d like to share a card with you all I made using one of the incredibly beautiful new christmas stamps from Papilio. Malin has outdone herself this time :) She´s so talanted :)  I was so happy to recieve some of them in the mail. :)

I used a lovely sketch made by Bente who is a guest dt over at Sukkersött this week.

I have done some very traditional christmas cards up until now and I really felt like doing something in other colours than red and green. For me christmas can be both pink and blue ;) So that´s the colours I ended up choosing ;) Isn´t she just the cutest little thing? You can find her here in the Papilio webshop.

For the first time ever I have finally sewn on a card! Yay! It´s about time ;) *lol* I´ve been wanting to try it for a loooong time but for some reason I have not dared to :o Now I probably won´t stop again ;)

The big blue rose from Prima looks icy and I think it fits like a glove ;)

DT Papilio: Lida´s ornaments

Hej på er!

Idag vill jag visa er ett kort jag gjort med ännu en av Papilio stamps  fantastiskt vackra stämplar. Jag vill presntera er för otroligt söta Lida. Just den här heter Lida´s ornaments  och du hitter den under Lida & Co Jul. Återigen ett julkort i traditionella färger. Jag är chockad själv ;) Brukar inte föredra att skapa i de här färgerna men jag är så inspirerad av mina nya vackra juliga mönsterpapper från BG´s Jovial kollektion. Dem finns till försäljning hos Stämpelgården  nu. Nästa julkort får nog bli rååååååsa ;) Tillbaks till favoritfärgen alltså ;)

Today I´d like to show you another card I created with the adorable stamps from Papilio. It´s time to introduce you all to this lovely little girl called Lida. The stamp I used for this card is called Lida´s ornaments and you find her amongst some other cute friends in the webshop. And in case you´ve missed out on the great news, I might tempt you a little: Malin whos owns Papilio also shippes to USA and Canada now! :)
Once again I made a christmas card in traditional colours. I guess I´m really inspired by my new patterned papers from BG`s Jovial collection. You´ll find it for sale at Stämpelgården. They´re beautiful but I think my next christmascard will be pink though - back to my favourite colour ;)

Vackra älvor / Beautiful fairys

God middag :)

Idag vill jag visa er ett nytt kort med stämplar från Papilio. Jag tycker de här små älvorna är så vackra :) I det här kortet har jag använt Fairy bliss & Fairy short rest. Kände för att prova på ngn ny kortvikning och hittade den här varianten som Marianne  gjort inne på StampARTic. Ni måste lova mig att besöka dem för stället är verkligen sprängfyllt med inspiration. Kunde inte hitta ngt namn på vikningen men det är ung. som ett gatefold kort med en liten twist.

Det var kul att prova på ngt nytt :)

Jag har använt mönsterpapper från Primas serie "Fairy Flora", därifrån kommer den underbara rosa blomman också. Övriga blommor är köpta på WOC. Textstämpeln på framsidan kommer från Whiff of joy och är placerad på en tag jag stansat ut från Spellbinders Fancy tags. Band från Panduro och halvpärlor från Stämpelgården. Jag har också använt en en borderstans från MS kallad Daisy för att få till kanten på papprets undersida. På insidan hos den sittande älvan har jag placerat ännu en text, den kommer från Magnolia, det gör också swirlen som är en die. På "flärpen" man viker upp finns ännu en text från Magnolia.

Idag har Signes förskola gått på kalas hemma hos ett av barnen. :) Kul! Men..jag, pedagogen, var den enda föräldern som inte tänkt på att köpa ngn present. :o Pinsamt! :( Signe hade dock gjort ngt mycket finare (tycker jag ;)). Hon ritade en födelsedagspresent (inslagen) på ett papper och slog in den :) :) Hon tänkte i alla fall på det! Omtänksamma unge ♥, hoppas hon inte skäms ögonen ur sig, räcker med att jag får göra det när jag hämtar....;)

Today I´d like to show you a card I made using some beautiful images from Papilio. I´m so into the fairy collection and I decided to put Fairy bliss & Fairy short rest to use this time. I felt like trying out a new fold yesterday and I went looking round the internet for inspiration. I landed on StampARTic´´s websight and boy it´s loaded with nice tutorails and other tips and tricks. :) I found this fold and it´s nameless on the sight but I think it´s kind of like a gatefold with a twist. ;) The sketch is origanilly made by a very talanted cardmaker called Marianne. I used patterned papers from Primas Fairy flora collection, the pink flower is also from Prima. The green ones comes from WOC. The sentiment from Whiff of joy is placed on a tag I made with a die from Spellbinders called Fancy tags. I used a borderpunch from MS, Daisy, on the lower part of the card. On the inside of the card you´ll find two sentiments by Magnolia. That´s also where I bought the swirldie. 

When I left my daughter at daycare today they were about to go home to one of the girls to celebrate her bithday there. I was like the only parent who didn´t bring a birthdaypresent...And I´m supposed to be a teatcher :o God, I felt like I wanted to vanish ;) My daughter was very thoughtfull though, she had made a drawing for her - of a birthdaygift! She is just the best  ♥

Stora nyheter! / Exiting news!

Ja, min kära vänner, idag har jag stoooora nyheter som jag vill dela med er :) Som ni läser och kanske förstår är jag väldigt glad och ganska stolt också.

Nu kan jag inte hålla mig längre *doing the happy dance*

Underbara Malin  som äger och själv illustrerar de fantastiskt vackra stämplarna från Papilio  har bjudit in mig i sitt dt!! Jag är så otroligt glad för detta, det är en stor ära. Tack för förtroendet, Malin ♥

Dessutom tycker jag ni skall kolla in resten av dt tjejerna för det är ett sjuktusan till gäng :)  Jag känner till dem alla sedan tidigare och det skall bli så roligt att få lära känna dem :)
