A box to show I treasure our friendship ♥

Hi there lovelys ♥
We are invited to celebrate the new year at one of my bestest friends house, Lena and her husband Walter. We are looking forward to an evening with excellent food, good drinks and spending time with loving friends. I wanted to make her something special. I browsed the internet after a tutorial or template that would fit my idea for a chocolate box but I didn´t find one so I made it from scratch..it´s the first thing I´ve seen in my imagination that I managed to make in reality and feel proud of! I think it turned out wonderful because it´s made with all my love. ;)
The patterned papers are from Websters Pages Hollywood collection. The image comes from Lily of the valley and I think this bear is sooo cute. I chose him because Lena adores teddybears. :) I think she´ll like him :)
Over at Lily of the valley challenges the want us to create something that represents a new beginning this week. I´m entering this box :) Even if you don´t want to enter you should head on over anyway. The dt has made some very stunning cards for our inspiration. Beautiful I promise you that.

Before I´m off I´d like to tell you all some great news. Katharina at Whiff of joy has a new collection of amazingly cute rubberstamps and dies out tomorrow! Don´t forget to check it out ;)

HAPPY NEW YEAR! I wish you all the best for 2011 and may all your goals and dreams come true.

I´ve been bitten by the LOTV bug...Look at this adorable teddybear!  :) The circular sentiment is also from Lily of the valley.

Flowers from Wild Orchid crafts and Magnolia. The dragonfly is made with die from Magnolia. I applicated some stickles "Star dust" on it. The bling and pin is also from Magnolia.

Hard to see the sentiment? It´s from Motivet rubberstamps and says: "Friends are like flowers that bloom all year long". The borderdie comes from Magnolia and is called "swedish lace". Love it!

To finish off  todays posting I just had to show you my new personal stamp. Bought it from Whimsy stamps a few weeks ago. The photo is a bit "blurry" unfortunatly but you get the picture ;) I´m so happy I decided to click the buy button ;)

LOTV Challenge #77: a sketch

Hi there all :)
I´m amazed by the amount of snow Scania is getting this year! It keeps coming :) I think it´s so beautiful but I don´t like taking the car for a spin..;) However...I´m tired of making all of those x-mascards and after visiting the extremily talanted cardmaker and treasured friend in blogland, Kim, I was filled with inspiration (as usual ;)) She had made a stunning spring card and I wanted to do the same!
This is my result! Santa Claus came early to my house this year, or at least my mailbox ;) I bought my very first images from Lily of the valley  some time ago and I just couldn´t wait to ink one of them up. I think this little fairy was simply perfect for a spring congrats card. :) She´s so cute and she was indeed so much fun to ink, just as I suspected ;)
Over at the LOTV Challengeblog were I´d like to enter this cárd awaits a utterly stunning sketch made by another treasured friend, Dena. Thank´s I had so much fun with it!

Sketch by Dena

Thank you all so very much for all of your lovely comments and for looking today :)
