Tomic: criss cross cards

Well, well...what do you know ;) It is not time for a new challenge over at MDUC today and I´m posting a new card! :) YAY! When I noticed this weeks theme over with the gorgeous ladies at TOMIC I just felt I had to join in :) They want to see us create a criss cross card featuring a stamp from the "Princess and Princesses collection". In case you have never tried making this fold the ubertalanted Silvie has created a wonderful and very easy to follow tutorial that the girls are linking to on the TOMIC blog. Head on over there, the dt ladies has oudone them selfes - again! ;)

I made my card for Jane´s  lovely little daughter Kara. The dp´s are all from Magnolia. The big lush lightyellow rose comes from Prima and the rest are all WOC. I actually recieved a birthday gift from Jane this week and inside was amongst other things this amazing ribbon. Thank´s hunni!

The alphabeth stickers are MME. The sentiment is from a lovely set designed by my swedish craftbuddy Linda, aka Pieces by pieces. Loads of great sentiments in that set, let me tell you! The set can be found in the swedish scrapstore Hildas rum from time to time. The set contains both english and some swedish texts.

Tilda is as usual inked with di´s on 300 g watercolorpaper. I´m hoping little Kara will treasure this card.

Tilda is so cute with those big bows in that lushious straight hair :)

MDUC #141: Gorgeous sketch by Kylie

Hi everybody!

Welcome to our new challenge at Magnolia Down Under challenges :) We have an amazing sketch for you to play with this week, made by our fanatastic teamie Kylie. I must say I do love a great sketch and this one was exceptional. Very easy to work with and leaves a lot to your own imagination. Here it is:

I decided to make a just because card. I like to have some of those in my stash, you never know when you might need one. ;) I used one of the new stamps from the Prince and Princesses collection. I have inked her with di´s on 300 g watercolourpaper. Matched her with some of the gorgeous shabby papers from Pion :)

I wasn´t sure I´d make this challenge in time...my life feels really hectic again. Even though it´s easter I have not had any time off until yesterday. I can´t even begin to tell you how good it feels to finally be able to do what ever I want ;) and of course catch my breath a little. I have had a terrible cough for about three weeks now and I have some trouble breathing properly. My MIL has been here for a week long visit too and this morning I had no finished card! :o Help! But I managed to tag along this week as well. I hope you like it :)

MDUC: Lets play BINGO!

Hi everybody!

Yay, I´m really exited about this weeks challenge over at Magnolia Down Under challenges and I can´t wait to tell you all about it! We would like you all to join in a little game of tempting BINGO! 

I chose to work with the lace, flowers and buttons one. I have had these wooden letters that I bought for Signe what feels like forever ago ;) Since we are renovating our house in order to do add another room for our second little princess arriving in july I thought it would be great to fix them up now that Signes room is finished. The only thing left is for us to chose which colours she´d like on her walls. So here they are!

I tell you the weather in Sweden is a bit strange at the moment, either the sun is beaming from a clear blue sky and I´m certain spring has arrived or the fog is so tight I can´t see three metres in front of me ;) So a bit hard to photograph them in a satfisfiying way. But this is as good as it gets :)

I altered the letters with papers from Magnolia and Signe got to chose which Tildas she wanted added to them. You can tell this little four and a half year old is a wee bit into princesses ha? ;)

Just for the sake of it she did pick one pirate Tilda too! :) Auw, she is such a darling.

After altering them all I just added some decorations I thought was suitable, luckily Signe agreed ;) Some ribbon, lace, flowers, MIC chippies, buttons, and TH metal embellies found it´s way on to there. 

Now we can hardly wait to see the beautiful creations you will upload for us this week :)

Copic sketch and alphabets for sale!

Hi everybody!

As some of you know that are following my blog (thanks cuties ;)) we are expecting a baby during the summer. We live in a beautiful but pretty small house and until now it has only had two bedrooms. One for our daughter Signe and one for us but since another little princess is about to joy our life we need to make more room. So we have planned for a third bedroom. As exiting as this all is I´m pretty saddened to say my craftingspace has to go in order for this to work out. I will still be able to create and that makes me extrimely happy, I don´t see myself ever stop doing this. :) But my crafty gear needs to go into our bedroom which means less room for my stuff as you all can understand. So I have decided to get rid off some of the things I never or very seldomly use. This is a brilliant opportunity for you all to make some bargains ;)

First up is all of my Copic Sketch markers that I bought last summer. I have 45 for sale and I´d like to sell them all togheter so no use in emailing asking if I can make a exceptions. I can´t because I seriously don´t have that kind of time on my hands. To sell them all is a big step because I still want to learn how to use them but I just can´t store them anymore. :( In order to fit them all in one photo they are all above and undernieth eachother in the pic ;) I have had them placed in a regular penstand on my desk so the price does not include storage. The regular colours are hardly ever used all, some are never used. I have only practised the skincolours a little. So loads of ink left!

Happy Birthday MDUC!

Welcome to our  MDUC 3 year birthday party! YAY!! 
Yes, we have been around for three years and of course we are feeling a lot like celebrating this week.
Group one have been joined by a lot of our teamies in group two as well and we are so happy about that! A big ol´party!
Of course we are dying to see you all join in our festivities :) All you have to do is create a project featuring a magnolia stamp and or a Magnolia doo hickey die and keep our birthday theme in mind too :)
One of the challenge owners and very treasured friend of mine, miss Kylie,  has created a gorgeous new look for us too so come on, what are you waiting for, head on over and be dazzled! 

I decided it was time for me to create something to go with my card this week and went for a giftset for my little daughter Signe. We will celebrate her fifth birthday in may and I feel that is a big thing! Five...My God! Time sure flies!
I chose to work with a Tilda from this years valentines collection. I think she is so cute! Reminds me a lot about little Signe :) Tilda has been inked with di´s on 300g watercolour paper.

MDUC 135: Pink, orange and white

Hi!
I´m so happy to be back again, even though I can see a post schedule in here that is turning into a pattern ;) I seem to only publish my MDUC posts and they´re every other week. I´m so proud to be a part of that amazingly talanted team, thanks for still having me ladies!

Today is no diffrent. We are back with an amazing colourcombi - PINK ORANGE and WHITE. 
I had so much fun with it and I hope you will too :) We can´t wait to see what you come up with! 


I have used an image that is very dear to me, look at them. Tilda and Edwin from Magnolia is so pretty :) As usual they are inked with di´s on 300 g watercolourpaper. The patterned papers are both from Fancy Pants and I bought them on my first visit to the Maggie store in Borås. The wonderfully lush ribbon is a gift from my very treasured friend and also teamie, Jane. Thank you so much sweetie, I love it! The amazing heart is made with a die from Magnolia and the alphabeth stickers are from Making Memories. The big glittery rose comes from Prima and the smaller ones are all WOC. White lace from Pysseltagen, a scrapstore in southern of Sweden.

MDUC: One word sentiment

Hi everybody! 

Time for a new challenge this weekend over at Magnolia Down Under Challenges. We would love to see you create something including a ONE WORD SENTIMENT!

As you all know we are getting closer and closer to Valentines day so I have decided to make a card for my mum and dad. They have helped out tremendously lately with all the things that makes life a bit easier for us. Thanks! 

The patterned papers are from Pion design and little miss Tilda is from an older Valentines collection, I think she was part of last years release? Hm? I´m not sure, it might even have been two years ago. ;) The big rose is from Prima and the other flowers are WOC. The metal embellies are from Kort & Godt and the rhinestones was a gift from my lovely friend, Karita. Thank you sweetie. Film strips from TH, lace and small bows from the Magnolia store in Borås. 

I added some stickles star dust on various places of the image and the lovely one word sentiment (although it occurs many times ;)) is also from Magnolia. Tilda is inked with my lovely DI´s on 300 g watercolourpaper - as always :) All edges is sewn.

MDUC # 131: Edwin only

Let me start by writing saying a big HUGE thank you to all of you amazing blogreaders that left me some words after my last posting. It means so much, probably more than you know. ;)
As you can tell my crafting mojo is long away from what it used to be but my hoping it will come back soon.

I made a twisted easel card. It is so hard to take decent photos here in Sweden during winter. It´s actually dark as I leave for work and also when I get home again so the picks aint the best. Sorry!
It´s a valentine card and as usual I have inked Edwin with DI´s on 300g watercolourpaper. The patterned papers are Prima´s Romantique collection from earlier this fall.

MDUC #129: Magnolias in only B&W

Good evening everybody! 

I´m here to tell you all about our exiting new challenge over at Magnolia Down Under. This week we would love to see you create a projec in whichever colour you prefer but your Magnolia image of choice may only be coloured in black and white. This was my very first attempt and I´m kinda satisfied ;) To tell you the truth I started sweating just a little bit at the sight of this theme but I must say I truly had loads of fun! I´ll definately do this again.
