Hi there friends and followers!
This is a BIG day for me! I´m so hugely honored to announce that I´m one of the lucky chosen ones that get to guest the Make it crafty store blog! Yay!
Thank you so much for asking me, Tracy Payne, I can't even describe how much joy your beautiful invite gave me.
A HUGE thank you also goes out to the owner of the Make it crafty store, Zoe for the utterly gorgeous materials she sent me! She generously asked me to chose a rubberstamp and oh, my word! I had the hardest time picking one out but this cutie, Aleisha was my final choice and I´m so happy she is now in my stash! She was such a joy to color and I love, love, love her big lushious hair! I´m no way near a coloring expertise and I was sure I was going to work my di´s on her but I had such a craving to use my Copics again I ended up doing just that. I had so much fun!
Aleisha has that young fresh but very girly and romantic look I think and she was perfect for this birthday wish I made for on of my old students, she is going to celebrate her 13th birthday soon. Her favourite colors are pink and peach and I think thats a lovely combination for a card too. Here´s a pic of the card in it´s whole, it´s a traditional easel card:
The dp´s are from My minds eye and the collection is called "Market" - I love those papers so much I hardly wanted to cut into them but this is a moment to celebrate in so many ways so I did it anyway ;) I have almost used them all up now...have to try and get me some new ones!

Last but not least I want to let you all know about the stunning and very veristale chipboard decorations I have used on my card. They are also available at the Make it crafty store. I chose to work with these two sets, swirly corners and love heart swirls. I only applied a layer of di crackle paint Picket fence since I wanted to keep a little more ruff look on them, i think it makes them totally shabby chic. I first tried these when they were given to me as a gift from Kylie and I have been an addict ever since ;) My used all of my absolute favs on here, look at the love one benith and the heart swirl I used on the buttom of the easel.
I´m very happy with this, hopefully the Make it crafty crew and my old student will be too :)
Thank you so much for checking in with me today!
Big hugs xXx
