MDUC: Stitching, real or faux

Already time for me to let you in on what the new challenge at Magnolia Down Under is! Time seriously do fly away...The challenge is....drumroll.......Stitching - real or faux! Not much of a challenge for me though because I do that all the time! ;) LOL! However I could have taken it a step longer and chosen a Tilda image of where she´s sewing (the new ones are stunning! Love them...) but I havent found myself have the time to buy them! :o My God, what a shame! I´m so into shopping, I´m the kind of girly that shops til she drops you know ;) And I have seen all of you, my friends, using cute charms, like scissors and such...would also be perfect but I guess I have to settle for this ;)
At least I might have given you all an idea or two? ;)

I can´t believe little Ella is over 1 month old now! I bet you can imagine I have some thank you cards to make, right? LOL!
This is one of those :) I chose to work with a Tilda from the latest autumn collection. Isn´t she just darling? I love her! She´s my fav from this collection (if you ask me tomorrow it could be another one ;))
I have made a pocket card this time, truly enjoyed that! Lot´s of fun!
However...I did buy a Silhouette Cameo that was delievered to me early july and I just can´t seem to find out how to use it properly! Something always turns out messing it up...But that´s where I got the idea anyways.
I have decided to make a card recipe in the end of every post instead of rambling on and on in the text. I hope you will all think thats better!

So....we are hoping you will join us this week! Do not miss out on heading over to the MDUC blog to check out the WONDERFUL creations my teamies made for you to inspire from!

Lovely Goosebump Tilda from Magnolia and sentiment "Friendship is the poetry of life" from Stempelglede

Kraft, grey and light pink cs from Pema, dp´s on the pocket is from Pion Design and Melissa Frances (the one with notes on it) and the dp on the tag is part of Maja Designs Vintage summer paper pad.

Spellbinders Classic Ovals and Classic scalloped Ovals used both on the tag and pocket, from Magnolia I added the Flag & Cloud die (to make the pennants) and the heart swirl

Flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts  and then I used one rolled rose from Kort og godt. The string I attached the pennants to is from Panduro Hobby, the beautiful pom pom ribbon was a gift from my wonderful friend in Switzerland, Manuela. Thank you sweetie - I love it! The pearl on string is from Pema. I bought the cheesecloth from Ljuva Änglar.

Tilda is inked with di´s on 300 g waterolor paper

All edges has been sewn and inked with di crackle paint Picket fence

Thank you so much for checking in with me today!
I´ll see you in your blogs! xXx
